Job summary

PERCEPT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a Security Platform Engineer with hands-on Fortinet SIEM onboarding, patching, use-case development, and SentinelOne operations to strengthen our security posture.

You will manage Fortinet, SentinelOne, FortiSOAR, Orca Security, and Cortex XSIAM/XDR platforms, automate detections, and ensure reliable data onboarding and incident response across on-prem and cloud environments. Strong documentation and collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience onboarding and patching Fortinet SIEM solutions.
• Hands-on SentinelOne endpoint protection with agent management.
• Familiarity with FortiSOAR for SOAR operations.
• Experience with Orca Security or similar CSPM tools.
• Engineering Cortex XSIAM/XDR platforms including integrations and data onboarding.
• Strong understanding of threat detection and incident response processes.
• Excellent documentation and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and integration of Fortinet SIEM data ingestion, correlation and alerting.
• Manage Fortinet SIEM patching and maintenance for compliance.
• Develop and test use cases within Fortinet SIEM for detection improvements.
• Oversee SentinelOne agent deployment and patching across endpoints.
• Use FortiSOAR to orchestrate incidents and automate responses.
• Leverage Orca Security for cloud posture management and vulnerability checks.
• Engineer Cortex XSIAM/XDR platform lifecycle, upgrades, and health monitoring.
• Perform data onboarding of logs from endpoint, network, cloud, and identity sources.
• Create and tune XSIAM detection content to reduce false positives.
• Build and maintain XSIAM automation playbooks and integratons for case management.
• Collaborate with teams to improve security monitoring and incident response.
