Job summary

Thoughtworks Singapore is seeking a Security Partner to strengthen our security posture across Singapore public sector engagements, guiding delivery teams and shaping governance. You will report to the BISO for APAC, lead incident response, risk management, client engagement, and compliance activities to ensure secure delivery and trusted partnerships.

Due to client security clearances, Singapore Citizen or PR status is required.

Qualifications

• Senior security leader with executive communication experience.
• Proven ability to translate security concepts to delivery teams.
• Experience in governance, risk, and compliance in software projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across APAC.
• Eligible for Singapore government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide security guidance and leadership for Thoughtworks Singapore public sector accounts.
• Establish and drive a governance framework with metrics and reporting.
• Lead incident response, containment, and post-incident analysis.
• Identify and mitigate information security risks for public sector projects.
• Develop strong relationships with security teams and agencies.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Embed security best practices throughout the SDLC and enable Security Champions.
