Job summary

A security service provider in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and staff management. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, overseeing training, and managing incident investigations. Overview

Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day-to-day operations / allocated contract sites, and staff by providing the highest quality, complaint-free, and professional security service to its customers

Responsibilities

• Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments


• Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team, as well as prepare an AAR of the incident.


• Overall in charge of the day-to-day operations of security personnel at the allocated sites


• Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct a refresher on SOP


• Handle workplace investigations, grievances, and discipline


• Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with the PWM requirement


• Plan and conduct periodic exercises to ensure the vigilance of security personnel


• Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel


• Manage and review security procedures


• Proficient in MS Office


• Minimum 4 years of working experience in the Security Industry


• Diploma qualifications or Equivalent


• SS & above PLRD licensed


• With a Class 3 Driving License


• Stress-resistant, flexible


• Excellent communication skills and a "people" person
