Job summary

SECURUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee and coordinate security operations, develop policies, and maintain high morale among officers.

You will recruit, train, and supervise guards, attend client meetings, and respond to emergencies and incidents with calm, decisive action. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar role, holds a Security Supervisor Certification or higher with PLRD licenses, and possesses Class 3/3A license; vehicle is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position as OE
• Security Supervisor Certification or higher with PLRD prerequisites
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Experience handling conflict situations and in emergency response planning
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and computer literacy
• Possess Class 3/3A License (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Recruit, train and supervise security officers
• Build rapport with security officers and maintain high morale and motivation
• Attend regular meetings with clients
• Coordinate and respond to schedule and roster changes, client requests, emergencies and alarms
• Investigate, review and report incidents and breaches, and resolve issues quickly
