Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor cybersecurity events and escalate to L2 as needed.
• Analyze security alerts from various tools and logs.
• Follow predefined actions and escalate to support groups.
• Create and maintain operational reports (KPIs, weekly/monthly metrics).
• Support threat intelligence updates and incident response investigations.
