Responsibilities include incident handling, troubleshooting, patching, service requests, and collaboration with IT and cybersecurity teams to strengthen security posture. Singapore Citizens only due to project sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 1–5 years of IT or cybersecurity experience.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud native security tools (IAM, WAF, GuardDuty, KMS).
• Practical experience with FortiGate, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Strong IP networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Singapore Citizens only due to project sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: respond to security alerts and escalations within SLA.
• Troubleshooting: resolve product-specific security issues with internal/external teams.
• Patch Management: plan and apply updates to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Service/Change Requests: handle inbound CRs and SRs within SLA.
• System Monitoring: continuously monitor security systems and health checks.
