Job summary

UNTHREATS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Security Analyst to join our regional team. The role covers technical assistance in the Security Operation Center, diagnosing issues, and delivering prompt, high-quality service to clients.

Candidates with IT/Cyber Security education or certifications are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome as we will provide training to build your skills in Linux, Wintel Server, networking, and cybersecurity projects. On-site work is required when necessary.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT or Cyber Security; certifications are a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Layer, network security, DNS, and Windows/Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance in the Security Operation Center and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
• Respond to queries, run diagnostics, isolate problems, and implement solutions.
• Ensure clients receive prompt and quality service and document troubleshooting steps.
