Qualifications

About the Role

Be part of a team of officers to maintain security & safety at our Company's premises at SPH News Centre, Toa Payoh North.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct security screening of incoming/outgoing vehicles and personnels at gate

• Direct traffic and facilitate car parking

• Conduct routine patrol

• Conduct basic workplace and fire safety checks

• Perform guardhouse duty like security screening, pass exchange, etc

• Handle simple fire safety and security incidents

• Use security systems (CCTV, Electronic Access Control System and PMD)

Who we are looking for

• Basic Security License from PLRD for Security Officer (3 WSQ modules)

  • Provide Guard and Patrol Services

  • Provide Incident Management Services or Handle Security Incidents and Services

  • Recognize Terrorist Threats

• Able to communicate, read and write in English effectively

• Previous work experience with the Police/Armed Forces or similar work in a multi-national company would be an advantage

• A team worker and willing to work on rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
