The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property in accordance with hotel and Hilton standards.

What will I be doing?

• Participate in daily security operations to ensure safety and security.
• Patrol the hotel interior and exterior, investigate situations or persons as needed.
• Handle and document incidents such as accidents, thefts, noise complaints, etc.
• Assist guests with friendly and attentive service.
• Implement security policies and procedures, assist in safety programs.
• Investigate crimes, document incidents, and assist in handling emergencies.
• Stay informed of laws, policies, and procedures related to security.
• Participate in fire safety and emergency response plans.
• Train new security officers and manage security systems.
• Respond appropriately to hotel emergencies and maintain discipline.
• Work extended shifts during emergencies, uphold grooming standards, and collaborate with team members.
• Contribute to operational and environmental improvements, ensure safety, and display professionalism.

What are we looking for?

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Qualified in CPR, AED, First Aid, Firefighting, and crowd control.
• Experience in police, military police, or security roles.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, and team-oriented.
