Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
- Enforce security strategies, policies and processes, implementing emergency response procedures & security protocols.
- Provide security support to the businesses.
- Manages the services and deliverables outlined in the FM services MSA contract pertaining to security requirements.
- Ensure the site’s conformance to Customer’s standards and its security readiness is in sync with the business contingency plans.
- Administer the Customer’s travel security program.
- Assist with investigations and action plans.
- Maintaining and updating security policies, checklists and procedure manual.
- Having a working knowledge of security systems, fire and life safety code requirements.
- Vendor and Visitor Management.
- Execute overall site security operations, experienced with preventive maintenance techniques.
- Control building access and monitor activities of visitors.
- Should always act in lines of defined law & order and handles the situation with an utmost maturity.
- Manages the budgets relating to security requirements and resources.
- Lead and implement performance/behaviour related meetings regarding contract staff.
- Carrying out regular meetings with vendor’s management team to monitor and rate performance and KPI objectives. Share meeting minutes to stakeholders.
- Ensure that optimum number of security staff is trained of fire fighting acts at primary level, aware to guide clients on evacuation when it is required in case of any emergency.
- Conducting Security investigations and preparation of Incident report.
- Tracking of material movement and stock of lost and found.
- Regular security communication to occupants.
- Approving and interviewing hiring of contract security staff personnel and associated vendors.
- Enforce disaster management plan in co-ordination with site team members.
- Playing a key role in emergency (i.e. fire, evacuations human crisis, etc), manage the fire registry system.
Qualification Requirements:
- Degree, Diploma or GCE A levels in any discipline
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Basic comprehension of security and risk management concepts
- Ability to enforce security, risk and governance strategies, policies and processes
- Basic incident management and investigation skillsets are ideal
- Basic knowledge on technical aspects of security systems technology is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
