Job summary

Qualifications

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the full security operations across multiple project sites under the company
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of all site security personnel and teams
• Plan and approve manpower deployment, shift arrangements, and rostering to ensure optimal coverage and cost-efficiency
• Work closely with the Corporate Safety Department to align on safety and security protocols, policies, and investigations
• Ensure site security operations comply with SPF licensing requirements and relevant regulations
• Conduct site inspections and internal audits to assess the effectiveness of current security arrangements and implement improvements
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 year of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a related role. Preferably in a construction or industrial environment
• Possess a valid Security Supervisor or higher-level license issued by the Singapore Police Force
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience working with corporate-level departments
• Able to work at various locations based on Company’s discretion
