Job summary

Eames Consulting Group in Singapore is seeking a senior security leader to guide a small team of analysts and engineers, set priorities and review work. You will own the vulnerability management programme across business units, define scanning cadence, risk-based prioritisation and remediation tracking.

Monitor security alerts, oversee incidents, and lead security assessments and audits (ISO 27001, MAS TRM).

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT security with leadership experience.
• Owned vulnerability management end-to-end across business units.
• Strong knowledge of network, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and endpoint protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of security analysts/engineers.
• Own the organisation's vulnerability management programme, including scanning cadence and remediation tracking.
• Monitor security alerts and oversee incident response; act as escalation point for significant incidents.
• Lead security assessments, audits and compliance reviews (ISO 27001, MAS TRM).
• Set direction on security tooling (SIEM, EDR, firewalls) and manage vendor relationships.
• Partner with IT/infrastructure to embed secure configurations, patching and change-management practices.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards and staff awareness.
• Manage security budget and resourcing.
