We are establishing a new team to support data and analytics projects serving government and public sector needs. As the Security Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, integrity, and compliance of the systems and data platforms we deliver.

You will be responsible for defining and implementing security practices across our data platforms, working closely with architects, technical leads, and developers. Experience with platforms such as Denodo, Dataiku, or FFmpeg, especially in secure and regulated environments, will be a strong advantage.

This role is ideal for someone with a hands-on background in cybersecurity who is ready to take ownership of security for high-impact, data-driven systems.

Be Part of Our Success

• Define and implement security architecture, controls, and policies across data and analytics systems.

• Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and guide mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, cybersecurity policies, and audit requirements.

• Collaborate with solution architects and tech leads to embed security-by-design in all system implementations.

• Oversee security aspects of platform configuration and deployment, including Denodo, Dataiku, and FFmpeg where used.

• Establish and monitor procedures for data security, access control, encryption, and secure integration.

• Support the setup of incident response processes and periodic security testing (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability scans).

• Provide guidance and training to project teams on security best practices.

Qualities We Value

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect capacity.

• Proven experience in securing data platforms, integration layers, and analytics solutions.

• Familiarity with:

  o Denodo – data access control and security configuration

  o Dataiku – secure management of data workflows and user roles

  o FFmpeg – secure handling and processing of media files

• Strong understanding of IAM, network security, encryption, endpoint security, and secure DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST, IM8, PDPA).

• Experience working with cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
