Job summary

COMO Metropolitan Singapore is seeking a dedicated leader to run the daily Security and IT operations across the hotel. You will oversee risk assessments, policy enforcement, training, and incident investigations to maintain a secure guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing surveillance systems, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role demands strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a luxury hospitality

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Security role required.
• Certification in CPR First Aid required.
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security and IT operations for the hotel.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Audit surveillance, access control, and emergency readiness.
• Train, mentor, and supervise security officers and guards.
• Coordinate with local police, fire departments, and emergency responders.
• Ensure 24/7 security coverage and proper shift planning.
• Manage budgeting for security, IT, and car park operations.
• Oversee IT integration and cybersecurity of security systems.
