Job summary

International SOS in Singapore is seeking a proactive assistant to support security-related monitoring, content creation, and client-facing materials. You will help track geopolitical alerts, draft thought leadership content, and prepare materials for outreach and client sessions.

You will also assist with event planning, webinars, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of engagements in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring news, alerts and notifications related to security, geopolitical events, and operational disruptions.
• Contribute to the creation of security-related content, including thought leadership articles, webinar presentations, and client-facing slides.
• Assist in preparing materials for client consulting sessions, outreach events, and thought leadership activities.
• Work with the Security Assistance teams to understand latest trends, client concerns and cases.
• Run market research on competitors and prospects.
• Analyze security alerts and incidents to help assess their scope, nature, and potential impact.
• Conduct research on global security trends, topics, threat actors, and emerging risks using OSINT sources and threat intelligence feeds.
• Assist in planning and execution of outreach events, webinars, and client engagement sessions.
• Develop supporting materials for events, such as slide decks, briefing notes, and handouts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of events.
• Manage event booths alongside security teams.
• Gain hands-on experience in global security monitoring, incident analysis, and risk assessment.
• Develop skills in creating impactful security reports, content, and event materials.
• Learn about risk management frameworks and how security initiatives are developed in a multinational context.
• Exposure to working with various stakeholders in the company.
• Exposure to working in a fast-paced multinational/cultural work environment.
