The Cash in Transit Guard role involves guarding and delivering valuables, ensuring safety and professionalism at all times, and maintaining high levels of alertness and customer service. AWS, meal and medical benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a courier or guard.
• Possession of PLRD license and certifications as needed to perform the job.
• Ability to maintain tactical procedures to ensure a secure environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Guard and maintain the safety and security of employees, vehicles, and liability at all times.
• Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations.
• Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled during daily business.
• Remain alert and prepared, protecting the crew and premises against attack and minimizing loss.
• Follow procedures and regulations relating to safe handling and use of valuables.
• Maintain communication with ground support and ensure team safety during shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Our Cash in Transit Guards travel with Drivers in our armoured transport vehicles and are responsible for the safe pick-up and delivery of cash and valuables. You'll work to ensure every stop runs with safety, precision, and professionalism.

The Cash in Transit Driver Role:

Inside every iconic Brink's truck is a team working for each other, their customers, and our historic legacy. We prepare, guard, and deliver cash shipments and connect money from one place to the next. Brink's Cash in Transit jobs are exceptional opportunities for highly motivated individuals with the unique combination of strong customer service skills added to their knowledge of tactical security strategy in protecting high-value goods. Additional responsibilities include:

• - Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, vehicles, and liability at all times
• - Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations
• - Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled during daily business
• - Remain alert and always prepared, not only protecting the crew or premises against attack, but also watching for accidents that could result in a loss
• - Follow all applicable procedures, policies and regulations relating to the safe and lawful carrying, handling, care, security and use of firearms
• - Maintains communication with ground support at origin and destination locations and maintains a secured position at all times to ensure the safety of the team, customers and customer shipments in their possession.
• - Provide excellent customer service

The Qualifications You Must Have:

• - Experience as a courier or guard
• - Possession of relevant PLRD license and certifications as needed to perform the job
• - Ability to maintain tactical procedures to ensure a secure environment
• - Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• - Ability to work under pressure
• - Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, maintaining a high level of alertness during extended periods

The Additional Qualifications We Prefer:
