Brink’s Singapore is seeking a Cash Processor to support branch cash accounting operations for banks and businesses worldwide. You will verify deposits, prepare cash shipments, and ensure proper handling of money across the network, while following strict security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, reconcile and report inbound and outbound currency transactions.
• Escalate discrepancies to shift supervisor or team leader.
• Complete data entry for all transactions.
• Prepare outbound currency orders and replenishments.
• Process check imaging into relevant systems.
• Identify and report discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
• Follow established deadlines and complete checklists daily.
• Adhere to Brinks Security Controls and Procedures to prevent loss.
• Maintain SOPs and safe working procedures at all times.
• Maintain clean workstations and proper deposit documentation.

The Cash Processor Role

Our Cash Processors work in branch locations and carry out the critical cash accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. Our work is essential, so our team members are essential. We verify bank deposits, prepare cash shipments and connect money from one place to the next. As a Cash Processor at Brink’s, you’ll work within our branch locations to account for the cash and valuables we transport to banks and businesses worldwide.

This position requires the enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink’s and its customers, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink’s and its customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, verify, reconcile and report inbound and outbound currency transactions
• In case of discrepancies, escalation the same to shift supervisor/team leader
• Complete data entry for all transactions
• Prepare outbound currency orders and replenishments
• Process check imaging into Nautilus, BTMS, VTM
• Identifying and promptly report any discrepancies to maintain financial integrity
• Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
• Strictly adhere to all Brinks Security Controls and Procedures to eliminate the risk of loss
• Ensuring all standard operating procedures (SOP), security and safe working procedures are always followed
• Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match
• Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately
• Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately to provide audit trails
• Leading by example and embodying our organization's values, promoting a culture of safety, customer focus, integrity, engagement, and continuous improvement
