Job summary

TD Securities is building a world-class technology team in Singapore to design, implement, and optimize automation for threat management and security controls. You will contribute to the automation strategy and roadmap while collaborating with security and engineering teams in a fast-paced Agile/DevOps environment.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering with strong Python and API skills, plus experience across Windows/Linux, cloud, and microservices.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience including architecting, designing and programming.
3+ years programming in Python.
Expertise in Web development and API integrations (RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON/XML).
Strong working experience of Windows and Linux environments.
Sound knowledge of common network protocols including TCP/IP and HTTP.
Knowledge of modern digital architecture (cloud, container, messaging and microservices).
Experience with workflow automation platforms.
Experience with data analytics, building machine learning models is a plus.
Experience in information security is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and optimize automation solutions for security landscape and stakeholder needs.
Create technical and user documentation for knowledge sharing and adoption.
Provide ongoing support to enable user adoption and realize business value.
Execute development activities using Agile/DevOps approach.
Deliver positive outcomes to end users with complete technical documentation.
Adhere to policies, procedures and control standards.
