IDEMIA Public Security is looking for an Information Security Analyst to enhance their biometric solutions with strong attention to network security. Role Purpose:
Monitor and analyze network and system activity.
Investigate and respond to security incidents.
Escalate security incidents and alerts.
Install and configure security software and hardware.
Facilitate security audits and assessments by third-party security assessors.
Support the implementation of security policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct security research and stay updated on the latest threats and trends.
Provide security guidance and advice to staff and stakeholders.
Conduct security awareness and training programs.
Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.
Support disaster recovery and security breach drills.
Requirements
Diploma in computer science, information security, or related field, or relevant certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an information security analyst or similar role.
Proficient in security tools and technologies such as CIS hardening, Tenable Nessus, Anti-Malware, DLP, EDR, SIEM, encryption.
Good knowledge of incident response lifecycle, various operating systems, TCP/IP networking, and application layers.
Knowledge of security frameworks and standards like ISO 27001, NIST; familiarity with IM8 is a plus.
Experience in penetration testing (application/infrastructure), vulnerability scanning, and system security acceptance testing.
Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with automation tools for security testing.
Ability to identify and mitigate security threats and risks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
