Job summary

DayOne Data Centers is seeking a U.S. Securities Law Compliance and Disclosure Manager (Contract) to support public company obligations in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role is a fixed-term three-month contract in Singapore, reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and coordinating with Finance, Investor Relations and governance teams. You will monitor listing rules and disclosure requirements, prepare filings, manage insider trading controls, and advise leadership on regulatory risks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in public company compliance, disclosure, company secretarial or capital markets roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret listing rules, securities regulations and governance codes.
• Maintain insider lists, trading window controls and compliance registers.
• Review and update disclosure, insider trading and related governance policies.
• Implement and monitor our insider trading policy; work with the CLO on approvals.
• Attend to securities law and execution matters with respect to ESOPs and related filings.
• Handle Rule 144-related matters for conversions, sales, pledges or other transactions.
• Assist directors and executive officers with Form 3/4/5 filing requirements.
