Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Public Company Compliance Monitor on a fixed-term three-month contract from early 2027 in Singapore. You will oversee disclosure obligations, maintain governance records, and coordinate with the Chief Legal Officer.

The role covers regulatory filings, insider lists, policy updates, and interactions with regulators and external counsel. You will document processes for handover to the permanent team and support ESG reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in public company compliance, disclosure, company secretarial or capital markets roles.
• Track record preparing and managing announcements and regulatory filings to fixed deadlines.
• Working knowledge of U.S. securities laws and regulations, listing rules, continuous disclosure and securities regulation in the United States.
• Sound judgement on materiality and when to schedule.
• Experience supporting boards and committees, including papers and minutes.
• Degree in Law; admitted lawyer or chartered company secretary preferred.
• Clear, precise writing for board and regulatory audiences.
• Able to work independently: day one and handle price-sensitive information with discretion.
• Nice to Have Experience in data centres, cloud infrastructure, real estate or other capital-intensive sectors.
• Multi-jurisdiction experience across APAC, EMEA and Americas.
• Familiarity with ESG and sustainability disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Public Company Compliance Monitor and interpret listing rules, securities regulations and governance codes.
• Maintain insider lists, trading window controls and compliance registers.
• Disclosures, filings and advisory support to leadership and committees.
• Assist with governance policies, ESOPs and related matters with external counsel.
• Document processes, templates or checklists for handover after contract ends.
• Support regulatory inquiries, investigations and reporting to authorities.
