Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Production Manufacturing Manager to drive the renewal of our talent acquisition and onboarding process, while coordinating with vendors for recruitment. You will lead cycle time improvements, oversee production WIP, validate procedures with Module, IE and Trainers, and push Lean practices to boost quality, efficiency and turnaround.

YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

• Accountable in Cycle Time, to lead and manage Production, Module and IE in achieving module target Turns/Moves, provide solution to day-to-day Operational issue in module.
• Plan, organize, define, and sustain method for Production WIP Management.
• Responsible to validate new and current Work Procedure with Module, IE and Trainer to meet the requirement of Production (DPP, Quality, Turns and Moves)
• Lead Module, IE, and Trainer in identifying opportunities and defining project to improve Production Quality, Turn and DPP.
• Demonstrate Lean practice.
