Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Shop Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor.

  • Experience in product sales analysis and planning.

Now Hiring: Section Manager – Grow Your Retail Career With Us!

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing the front sales area comprehensively (including cleanliness, anti-theft measures, customer service, product displays, etc.)
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the administration and work systems for the front sales area
  • Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the work systems of all front area staff
  • Assist the Store Manager with employee administration, including work schedules for front-line staff
  • Tasked with managing, organizing, and evaluating VCM (Vendor Contract Management)
  • Responsible for providing training and performance evaluations for front sales area staff
  • Coordinate with the Middle and Back Area Leaders in the daily store operations
  • Assist with recruiting store staff
  • Manage store products, including product expiration dates, damages, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc retail operations duties as and when required

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Shop Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor preferred
  • Willing to be assigned outside of home location (if required)
  • Skilled in people development, providing training, and evaluating employee performance
  • Experienced in analyzing and evaluating product sales (SKU), planning product needs, etc.
  • Experience in assisting with new store openings would be a plus
