We are hiring a Section Manager, Logistics & Warehouses at our Tuas site in Singapore. You will lead daily operations, ensure smooth workflow for receipt, storage, and shipment, and own improvement initiatives in the department.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe, cGMP-compliant operation of warehouse and shipping areas.
  • Review and develop logistics SOPs as needed.
  • Generate and approve change requests and deviations.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Support QA, customer, and regulatory audits.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain good working relationships with other teams.
  • Review warehouse processes, infrastructure, and layout based on MPS.
  • Manage onboarding of new customers, including mapping requirements and process documentation.
  • Act as SME and conduct logistics assessments in TrackWise.
  • Maintain performance metrics and analyze data for continuous improvement.
  • Investigate deviations thoroughly and document findings accurately.
  • Ensure paperwork accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in a relevant Science field.
  • People management experience in team-based settings.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other company systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Understanding of cGMP regulations.
