Deliver full-spectrum administrative support, including conducting research, drafting reports, and coordinating events.
Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure seamless organization and time management, prioritizing tasks with precision and efficiency.
Requirements:
Degree and above
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant in the Property/Real Estate Industry.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Proactive, resourceful, and emotionally intelligent, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
