A leading company in Singapore is looking for a Secretary or Personal Assistant to support the General Manager. The role includes managing travel plans, coordinating meetings, and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Candidates should possess relevant experience and strong organizational skills.

Up to $5000
AWS + Bonus
Mon - Fri; 8am - 5:30pm
Responsibilities:
Manage Travel and Scheduling: Arrange travel plans and prepare necessary travel documents for the GM, maintain the GM’s diary, and schedule appointments with suppliers, customers, inter-department contacts, and staff.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting minutes, organize monthly management meetings, inter-department meetings, and coordinate Trading Meetings and the consolidation of reports.
Administrative Support: Handle preparation of the GM’s claims and assist with any other administrative tasks assigned by the GM.
Interdepartmental Communication: Act as a liaison with all departments on matters related to the GM, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
Customer Account Assistance: Help maintain customer accounts, prepare quotations, and generate customer A/R reports for accounts under the GM’s responsibility.
Follow-Up and Issue Resolution: Monitor and follow up on all outstanding matters from departments and branches within the Trading Division to ensure timely resolution.
