A leading company in Singapore is looking for a motivated individual to manage social media and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include payroll management, liaising with Chinese clients, and supporting executives. This role requires a diploma or degree and at least two years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities
1. Manage social media platforms ( Youtube, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili) and website
2. . Handle various admin duties and assignments
3. Assist in hotels reservation process, travel itinerary
4. Monthly payroll, CPF and yearly licensing,Auditing
5. Monthly bank reconciliation and bank balances
6. Handle all accounts payable and receivable
7. Prepare and manage meeting matters, correspondence, reports and documents
8. Prepare and arrange all documents for Director’s signatory
9. Assist executives on tasks assigned
10. Liaising with China counterparts
11. Management of the private club
12. Other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of secretarial working experience with good knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledge in video shooting and editing will be a plus
4. Hardworking, self-motivated, cheerful and willing to learn
5. Ability to multi-task and take stress
6. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Bilingual in both spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese clients
8. Candidates with driving license preferred
