Job description

  • Oversee calendar management, meetings, and strategic scheduling for senior managers.

  • Manage complex travel arrangements, including visa applications, expense claims, and compliance with company policies.
  • Lead project documentation efforts, ensuring accuracy in contracts, decision papers, and archival processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of administrative experience in a property environment.
  • Proficiency in office management tools and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
