Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate events for the assigned BU.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail.
  • Handle Internal and external meeting arrangements including visitors from overseas offices.
  • Execute expense management and complete travel coordination tasks with guidance.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing communication with executives to understand business priorities and align administrative support accordingly.
  • Provide coverage support for fellow colleagues and offer additional administrative assistance as required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in EA/Secretarial support preferably from MNC environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Location: near One-North MRT Station
