A leading company in Singapore is seeking an office administrative professional to greet visitors, manage corporate memberships, and support various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a diploma, relevant front office experience, and strong multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and guests professionally.
Handle claims as required; provide backup support for travel and car arrangements (primary responsibility of GM).
Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and administrative documents.
Support daily office administrative tasks and provide backup to other departments as needed.
Manage corporate memberships with Japanese associations and affiliated organizations, including:
Handle membership registrations, renewals, and communications.
Plan and coordinate corporate gifting for occasions such as Chinese New Year, Christmas, etc.
Manage selection, procurement, and distribution of gifts, focusing on wine and premium items.
Customize gift packaging and maintain inventory of gift supplies.
Coordinate entertainment requests in line with company policies.
Facilitate approval processes and maintain detailed records.
Other administrative duties.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline.
Experience in receptionist or front office roles, preferably with corporate affairs exposure.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
