YOUR ROLE
RESPONSIBILITY 1: Develop, Enrich, and Take Care of Human Capital
- Embed and promote the Purpose, Values, and 8 Human Fundamentals within the team.
- Recruit, onboard, and train talent aligned with our core criteria.
- Contribute to an ambitious store project to unify and engage the team.
- Ensure a safe, healthy work environment for all.
- Implement management practices that foster autonomy and collective value creation.
- Ensure legal, contractual, and code of conduct compliance.
- Align team compensation decisions with internal policy in collaboration with the store director.
RESPONSIBILITY 2: Management of Second Life Stock Flow
- Oversee high-standard processing of returns across store and online channels.
- Ensure operational alignment across departments with safety as a top priority.
- Maintain zero items pending for repair and uphold refurbishment standards.
- Optimize stock rotation to process returns efficiently.
- Track deliveries, manage costs, and liaise with the UHC team.
- Collaborate on stock distribution and ensure Second Life item availability.
- Ensure accurate stock flow from returns to sales, minimizing shrinkage and write-offs.
- Maintain in-store stock accuracy and optimize product lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITY 3: Manage the “Best in Class” Omnichannel Customer Experience
- Lead customer relations with a “best in class” mindset and presence on the floor.
- Apply sales, layout, and return fundamentals in-store.
- Optimize loyalty program use and customer data.
- Take action based on customer feedback.
- Integrate Second Life sections into the product range for easy navigation.
- Drive commercial dynamism, boost online stock, and ensure timely order delivery.
- Maximize customer satisfaction across all omni touchpoints.
RESPONSIBILITY 4: Manage My In-Store Performance Trajectory (People / Planet / Business)
- Set ambitious annual business and team performance goals.
- Analyze performance and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Identify and address gaps between actual and forecasted results.
- Optimize scheduling for peak performance.
- Develop and implement action plans across People, Planet, and Business levers, including P&L.
