PEER MOHAMMED PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced cook to handle naan making, parathas, tandoori items, and a range of dosai and briyani dishes for lunch and dinner services.

You will manage tiffins, snacks, and daily meal preparation, while adhering to best cooking practices and company standards. Uniforms are provided, and shift work including weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a kitchen.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of best cooking practices

Responsibilities

• Prepare naan, roti, and paratha varieties.
• Cook thosai, dosai, masala dosai, onion dosa, butter-masala dosa.
• Cook tiffins and lunch/dinner meals.
• Prepare Hyderabad and Malabar biryani variants (chicken, mutton).
• Handle snacks and various dishes.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Follow uniform policy and work attire.
• Assist with menu planning and kitchen organization
