Job description

Were seeking an experienced SEO Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience, who has successfully led end-to-end, result-oriented SEO implementations for overseas e-commerce projects. You should have a proven track record of driving measurable growth in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions. This is a flexible, project-based freelance position ideal for someone who is not just technically skilled but also understands how to build scalable SEO systems that deliver business results.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. SEO Strategy Development: Design and execute full-funnel SEO strategies for overseas e-commerce brands, aligned with business objectives.
  2. Technical SEO Audits: Identify and resolve technical issues affecting site health, crawlability, and performance across international websites.
  3. On-Page & Content Optimization: Optimize product/category pages, blogs, and landing pages for improved visibility and user intent alignment.
  4. Keyword Research & Mapping: Conduct market-specific keyword research focusing on transactional and long-tail terms for diverse geographies.
  5. SEO Performance Tracking: Set up, monitor, and analyze KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  6. Market & Competitor Analysis: Research international competitors and emerging trends to keep clients ahead in SEO.
  7. Collaboration & Execution: Work with designers, developers, and writers to implement SEO recommendations end-to-end.
  8. Workflow & Efficiency: Improve SEO documentation, reporting processes, and internal coordination for smoother project delivery.
What I'm Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years of SEO experience with direct ownership of e-commerce SEO for international markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver end-to-end SEO campaigns that show clear growth in rankings, traffic, and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
  • Mastery of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and more.
  • Confidence working with Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently.
