Description

With this role, we have a unique opportunity to build and shape Apple’s Growth Accounts Ads team. This segment of clients is exciting and requires best-in-class partnership to achieve their business aspirations. Your efforts and contributions will help this team become one of the highest performing and most enjoyable Growth Accounts Sales teams around!

Ideal candidates should have a passion for helping small and medium businesses succeed, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly analytical, resourceful, client-focused, team-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet revenue and business objectives. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the ads space with performance advertisers and agencies is essential.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in performance media sales, including a minimum of 3 years working with a self-serve platform.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese to effectively liaise with Vietnamese-speaking clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven success in overachievement and exceeding sales targets in the digital ads space.
  • Deep understanding of performance advertisers’ market strategies and success measurement tactics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful messages both in person and over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to make a difference and a commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to develop initial campaign success across a client portfolio, leading to credibility, trust, and long-term success.
  • Demonstrated product and industry expertise in client interactions.
  • Excellent relationship management skills within the performance marketing space.
  • Capability to maintain a robust business pipeline through email, phone, and in-person outreach, managing deals through various phases.
