About the role

We are seeking experienced Seamstresses to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sewing and alteration services to our diverse clientele. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a variety of sewing, hemming, and alteration tasks to modify and repair clothing and other textile items

• Carefully measuring and pinning garments to achieve the desired fit and aesthetic

• Operating industrial sewing machines and other tailoring equipment with skill and precision

• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to ensure efficient workflow

• Collaborating with the wider team to meet production targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Seamstress or Tailor, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role

• Excellent sewing and technical skills, with the ability to work with a variety of fabrics and materials

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality and craftsmanship

• Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and provide exceptional service

• A passion for fashion and a desire to contribute to the success of a growing business

• Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines and other tailoring equipment
