Key Responsibilities:
1. Trading & Supplier Development:
Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with seafood dealers in Northern Russia, focusing on Alaska crab and other deep-sea species rare in the Singapore market.
Travel to Russia for sourcing and trade negotiation.
Conduct supplier assessments and negotiate purchase agreements in Russian.
2. Logistics & Supply Chain:
Plan, coordinate, and manage the logistics of live seafood transportation from Northern Russia to Singapore, via China if needed.
Oversee cold chain logistics to ensure live seafood quality is preserved throughout transport.
Ensure compliance with all customs, import/export, and food safety regulations in Russia, China, and Singapore.
3. Sales & Distribution (Singapore):
Build and manage a local distribution network for live seafood targeting hotels, restaurants, and seafood markets.
Handle pricing, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination in Singapore.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handling and high customer satisfaction.
4. Business Development & Investor Relations:
Seek out and liaise with potential investors to support business expansion and capital growth.
Create and present investor materials including pitch decks, business plans, and ROI forecasts.
Attend investment meetings and industry events to promote the business.

Requirements:
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Singapore.
Fluent in Russian and English (Mandarin is a strong advantage).
At least 3 years’ experience in seafood trading, especially live seafood (Alaska crab, deep ocean varieties).
Strong logistics and cold chain management knowledge, especially cross-border.
Able to travel frequently, especially to remote areas in Russia and commercial hubs in China.
Experience in B2B seafood sales and distribution network setup in Singapore.
Familiarity with international shipping, customs documentation, and live seafood regulations.
Experience or strong interest in investor relations, fundraising, and business development.
Self-starter with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
