The SEA Telecom Product Management Head is responsible for leading the telecom power systems product strategy across Southeast Asia. This includes end-to-end ownership of product development, launch, performance evaluation, and profitability management.

- Customer Engagement: Partner with sales teams and customers to gather insights and provide support.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Global Coordination: Align with global product management teams to ensure consistency and leverage best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Business.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in telecom product management or related industries.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, power systems, and energy solutions.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor data, and customer insights to shape product strategies.
