Job description

As the Cross Solution Area Lead, you will be responsible for accelerating growth across the Southeast Asia Market Unit by creating, shaping, and converting opportunities that span multiple Solution Areas. You will help clients unlock greater business value through integrated solutions, AI-led transformation, Microsoft partnership alignment, and cross-practice collaboration.

This is a highly visible leadership role that brings together capability strategy, solutioning excellence, sales growth, Microsoft engagement, and talent development. You will partner with Market Unit leadership, Solution Area Leads, Advisory, Delivery, and Sales leaders to create and execute a portfolio-wide growth strategy that drives measurable business impact.
