Job summary

Amgen is seeking a SEA Medical Affairs Intern to support the Southeast Asia Medical team in project management, coordination, and execution of key medical initiatives across SEA markets from Singapore. The role offers exposure to regional medical affairs, scientific meetings, and education initiatives within a global biotechnology company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, medicine, public health, or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong interest in medical affairs and the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-country team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience in event coordination or event management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support project management and coordination for SEA Bone-X Series 2026 regional meetings.
• Assist with planning timelines, documentation, meeting coordination, and progress tracking.
• Support SEA Medical Operations updates and maintenance of the SEA Field Medical Dashboard 2026.
• Assist with SEA Checkout documentation and tracking for medical operations.
• Support coordination and rollout planning for Global-to-Local medical initiatives in SEA.
• Provide administrative support for SEA Medical team initiatives and meetings.
• Prepare meeting materials, trackers, slides, and summaries.
