Job description

You will be part of our Process + Systems Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Business + Process Excellence.

Your Role

Managing the process excellence function, including all related activities such as process analysis, project management, documentation support, and business process modeling in compliance with KN standards. Your focus will be on supporting our teams by identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and data quality. Through process audits and KPI reporting, you will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and delivery of process excellence initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence by adhering to designed processes and conducting process audits.
• Oversee and ensure the delivery of process improvement projects aimed at productivity and quality enhancement using lean methodologies.
• Maintain high levels of data quality through analysis, review, and action planning with the business units.
• Support process improvement and re-engineering, assisting with the implementation of changes to enhance quality and productivity of operational processes and systems.
• Assist in analyzing operational procedures, documenting processes, and developing solutions.
• Apply project management principles aligned with lean methodologies to ensure controlled and structured implementations, including planning and executing project tasks.
• Drive productivity increases through automation and optimization of operational processes to improve quality and customer satisfaction, aligned with corporate strategy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, issues, and solutions.
• Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement and key attributes of a Process Excellence Specialist or Expert.
