LOGISTEED Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a freight operations coordinator to oversee import/export shipments, coordinate collection and delivery with transport providers, and ensure timely execution.

Qualificações

• 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Knowledge of cargo/shipment documentation.
• Experience with CargoWise system.
• Experience in permit declaration.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate collection and delivery of import/export shipments with transport providers and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support cargo booking arrangements with shipping lines and transport providers.
• Assist in calculating freight rates and transportation costs for import/export shipments.
• Prepare, verify and file complete import/export shipping and transport documents.
• Perform customs import and export permit declarations.
• Communicate shipment information with carriers, overseas offices, agents, and customers; provide status updates.
• Monitor transporters and vessel schedules to ensure orders are delivered.
• Prepare and issue billing invoices to customers and verify invoices from vendors.
• Enter vendor costs and update shipment milestones in CargoWise and other systems.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform general administrative and operational support duties as assigned by the department and HOD.
