Job summary

Tencent is seeking an Overseas Operations Specialist for Southeast Asia to drive early user operations, localization, and product feedback for the AI Agent across the region.

You will own the SEA operations strategy, acquire seed users, and develop localized use cases drawing on insights from knowledge workers and business users in Southeast Asia. Collaboration with China HQ will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user operations, content operations, community operations, or growth operations.
• Hands-on experience in SEA markets, capable of planning and executing campaigns independently.
• Familiar with AI products, productivity tools, SaaS, or cross-border ecommerce tools and user workflows.
• Strong data sensitivity with ability to optimize activation and retention using usage data.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency required for collaboration with China teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEA operations strategy for the AI Agent product, including market prioritization, user segmentation, and localization.
• Acquire seed users and run localized operations across channels including content, communities, and influencers.
• Build localized use cases and templates for SEA users and close the product feedback loop with the team.
• Collaborate with China HQ on business discussions and documentation as needed.
