Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support HOD with onboarding GPs to CN-PCN and Healthier SG, including background checks and scheduling.

2. Serve as the point of contact (POC) for external providers, manage agreements, assist in audits, and provide secretariat support.

3. Manage funds and financial aspects.

4. Handle data reporting and analytics.

5. Manage PCC scheduling, mentor staff, and support quality improvement projects to enhance outcomes.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree holder in any related discipline.

2. At least 2 years of management experience in the healthcare sector.

3. Willing to travel to region-specific GP clinics.
