Job summary

Stripe Singapore is seeking a Global Partnerships Lead to own Stripe’s partnerships strategy across SE Asia from Singapore. You will lead regional relationships with payment providers, financial partners, card networks, banks, and expansion partners.

You will set the regional strategy, identify opportunities, lead negotiations, and ensure partnerships deliver durable commercial, product, and expansion outcomes for Stripe and its users.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of payments/fintech in SE Asia.
• Proven track record in high-stakes negotiations.
• Excellent executive communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional partnerships strategy and execution for SE Asia.
• Manage senior external relationships with banks, networks, and fintechs.
• Drive negotiations from market assessment to onboarding and governance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and finance on partnerships.
