Your day at NTT DATA

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Scrum Master to join our Agile delivery team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have a strong interest in Agile methodologies and have demonstrated experience in project coordination, academic projects, or Scrum practices. Participation in data analytics-related innovation programs, internships, or competitions will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support Agile teams in following Scrum practices and removing impediments.

• Assist in tracking sprint progress, team velocity, and backlog health.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment.

• Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated experience in managing or contributing to academic or extracurricular projects.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Preferred / Added Advantages

• Participation in data analytics-related internships, innovation programs, or competitions (e.g., hackathons, case challenges).

• Experience leading or coordinating university projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.

• Exposure to project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus but not required.
