Job description

Location: Singapore, Singapore

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve operational objectives and cost-saving actions aligned with MYB goals for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) department.
  • Ensure no major audit findings related to Supply Chain processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Shipping, Virtual Shop, Bonded Store, Exchange, Workshop, Finance, and Quality on matters related to creation, invoicing, purchase orders, etc., via email or E-flow.
  • Support repair activities using SAP system, including:
  • Order creation (In-house) for Workshop repairs and (Outsourced) purchase orders to approved vendors.
  • Processing goods receipt (GR) for serviced units returned from vendors.
  • Escalate issues regarding order creation, invoicing, or goods receipt that cause work stoppages to managers for resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 'N' or 'O' level, NITEC, or Diploma in Supply Chain or Business Administration.
  • Aerospace or aviation experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding, hardworking, positive attitude, self-motivated, and a good personality.
Additional Information:
  • Location: Changi
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
  • Company shuttle service available from designated MRT stations
  • Contract role for 6 months
