Job description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and implementing ideas, concepts, and process flows for the heterogeneous integration of thin-film lithium niobate (TFLN) on silicon platform.
Manage projects that increase the value delivered to both internal and external customers.
Collaborate closely with design, process module and fab engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and define action plans that enable project progress.
Analyze the impact of process variables on device performance by evaluating in-line and off-line data and provide guidance for device development.
Communicate results effectively through clear technical reports and presentations.
Job Requirements
Hold a PhD in science or engineering (or an equivalent qualification), preferably with a focus on semiconductor device development.
Experience in semiconductor processing or integration, familiarity in lithium niobate modulators or heterogeneous integration is a strong advantage.
Skills in design of experiments and data-driven decision-making are highly valued.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
For senior-level roles, a minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor device design or process integration is required.
