Job description

Job scope:

1. Design, plan and/or execute experimental plans

2. Troubleshoot technical problems

3. Develop and optimize protocols

4. Summarize and present data in project meetings

5. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

The candidate should have the technical skill with the expertise of:

1. Protein expression and purification

2. DNA manipulation techniques like PCR and molecular cloning

3. Protein related techniques like SDS-PAGE, Western blots, etc

4. Different expression systems, minimally with experiences in 293 cells, CHO cells, and bacteria cells

5. AKTA or similar protein purification systems
