Reporting to the Sr. Scientist, the Lab Technician III is tasked with conducting lab experiments for new products, raw material substitution, testing substrates, and analyzing competition samples as requested by Technical specialists or customers.Located in Shirwal, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra, India, the Lab Technician III's responsibilities include coordinating with various supporting functions such as planning, production, and quality. They also assist in pilot plant scale-up, transfer of products to full production, and provide plant support including quality troubleshooting and root cause analysis. The documentation of all results is to be done in a professional manner.Moreover, the Lab Technician III is responsible for supporting the technical specialist and sales team by testing customer substrates, analyzing competition samples, and comparing them with H.B. Fullers" products. They also provide troubleshooting support.Adherence to the Quality System, Safety, and SOPs for the site, laboratory, and business unit is a key responsibility for a Lab Technician III. They are to drive experiments and daily work in accordance with HB Fuller safety procedures.Minimum Requirements:- Education with a background and degree in Polymer Chemistry- 4-5 years of R&D lab experience in the chemical industry, preferably in adhesives- Good verbal and written communication skills in the local language and English- Ability and willingness to work in a team environment (multinational)- Proficiency in PC skills in Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
