Position Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Scientific Product Specialist to boost revenue and market growth, especially for our chemical and water analysis products. This role will involve strategic sales and marketing efforts to broaden our market presence and achieve sales goals.

Basic salary ranging from $3,000 to $3,300, plus project bonuses and an attractive commission scheme.

Potential total monthly earnings can reach high four figures, depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
2. Enhance market reach by strategically positioning our products and services.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
4. Source new leads, identify potential clients and market segments to explore new business opportunities.
5. Analyze market conditions and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
6. Conduct pricing analysis to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
7. Address customer complaints with effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
2. Possess class 3 Driving License and having your own vehicle is an advantage.
3. At least 1-2 years of experience in the Sales, Chemistry or Scientific related field.
4. Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
6. Goal-oriented with a strong understanding of technical terms in chemistry.
7. Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Chinese, Malay) is highly preferred to communicate with a diverse client base.
